Haven't seen Rolyo but there were...Agree, oggs. Haven't seen Rolyo but there were parts of Huling Pasada that I thought were interesting. This is a more confident effort. Much as I think the the allusive properties work, though,it's the literalized though subtle intrusion of the supernatural that makes this brave. There was a full minute or so of uneasy murmuring after the screening before the audience applauded.
